Confirmation of Reservations

For a confirmed reservation, 50% of the total reservation amount has to be paid in advance. Reservations made by email and/or telephone will remain firm provided the advance payment is paid within 48 hours of making the reservation request.
For all reservations over Christmas and New Year period (20th December – 10th January), full payment is required for a confirmed reservation.
The balance payment to be made at the property.

Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge and fully refundable. Advance payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 60 days of check in date.
For all bookings over Christmas and New Year periods (20th December – 10th January) are non-refundable.
Short stays will be charged the full room rate for the entire booked period.
In the event of a cancellation, the amount refunded will be the exact amount (equivalent to rupees) received at the time of payment, subject to other terms and conditions. 33 Lake Terrace will not be held responsible for any shortfall caused by currency fluctuations.

All rates are in US dollars per room, per night, and include breakfast for two people, includes service charge, and all applicable government taxes. The exchange rate will be the prevailing rate at the payment due date(s).
Check-in time is 13.00 hrs. and check-out time is 11.00 hrs.
Special Requests, such as dietary requirements, allergies, or special occasions, should be communicated to the property, at the time of the reservation.
Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
Free private parking is possible on site, subject to availability of parking slots.
Pets are not allowed.
