Sea Turtle Conservation

Come face-to-face with Sri Lanka’s gentle giant sea turtles and lend a hand to local conservationists working to protect them from extinction. Just a short drive from 33 Lake Terrace there is a Turtle Conservatory Project, where staff will introduce you to a number of different species and talk about the challenges they face and what is being done to reverse their declining numbers in the wild. Experience the joy of contributing towards our efforts to safeguard these beautiful animals.
